I used to play Yermis with my friends in the street in front of my house; also I used to drink juice after play for refresh me, but I didn’t use to have lunch because my mother said that it was harmful for my health.


Also, I used to go mornings to school for receive class, after I used to play basketball with my friends every day. I used to train basketball with Twister club and we used to play tournaments so in Bogota city as in other cities but I didn’t use to play with women.

I used to belong to dance groups in the school, also I used to go with my parents in vacations to pool outside of Bogota, but also I used to go with my friends to travel to the grandmother house in Melgar and we used to go to dance for the night and the other day we used to awakening to play football or basketball.

I studied in la Enseñanza School, after I studied in Politecnico Grancolombiano University; I’m graduated in Airlines Services Administration on 2003.

I worked in the Airport from 2003 to March 2005; after that I begun to work in MontBlanc since June 2005. I am working in a MontBlanc boutique in Puente Aereo. I am Boutique Manager.

My hobby is sleep, I like to sleep, I work from Sunday to Sunday, and I have a free day only two Sundays in the month; my free Sunday I sleep all the day, I take breakfast then I sleep… I take lunch then sleep…

I work from 6:45am to 4 pm; I study in the Central University from 6pm to 10pm, Saturday I study from 9 to 11am, then I work from 12 to 7pm… my routine is very heavy.

I don’t like watch T.V, only NatGeo or The History Chanel documentals if I have time I watch these programs.

When I Was a Child…

When I was a child, I lived with my parents, my two brothers and my little pet. I used to obey my parents because they were very strict. When I was 10 years old I used to play with dolls with my favourite cousin “Andrea”
I used to attend religious school “La Enseñanza, Compañia de Maria”, in my school, I used to play basketball; I was in my school team basketball player. We won the Choco listo Championship, the ACN (Asociacion de Colegios del Norte) Championship and others…

When I was in 11° grade, I won a medallion in the closure because I used to be the best sportsgirl of the school for speed, resistance, basketball and female soccer.

I used to go to the stadium with my father because we like Millonarios team, I used to like soccer, I used to play female soccer in the championship scholl when I was in 10° and 11° grade, I used to like sport so much.

I used to read mystery stories, in my school I used to read “Tales of Mystery and Imagination” (Edgar Allan Poe). I used to draw pictures, I used to like draw.

On weekend my family and I used to travel to our farm in Arvelaez.

The theme which we choose is the balance sheet 1 and 2, because here this the base of accounting. In the balance sheet 1 find the assets, these are all possessions tangible and intangible which have some value for the company; the liabilities, here be found all debts particular or legal of the company and for last the capital, this it is really belong to the company, in other words, is the assets minus the liabilities.

The other theme is the balance sheet 2, here is it include fixed and current assets, the fixed assets are the vehicles, buildings, houses, furnitures, computers and machines, completed or in construction and in mounting; too find the tangible and intangible assets, the tangible is everything that can be touch, for example a computer or a table, the intangible assets is everything that can’t be touch, for example the know how or the good will.

In the course of the semester, we going to talk very much of the this themes, because we think which is very important for the objective of the our study. For this, everything the students of accountancy need to know, by they can have bases of the this knowledge.

WHEN I WAS CHILD

When i was child, i used to visit with my mom and my brother to my grandmom, but her died when I’m 10 years old, this event is very difficult for me because I her loved very much.

Also, I used to play soccer with my friends, but now in can’t play because I have family and my time is for they, but too I used to play hide and seek with my friends, my cousins and my brother, this moments is wonderful, now I play hide and seek, but with my daughter, Camila, she is the more fantastic in the world.

My mom used to be very severe, she used to give us, to my brother and me, many vegetables, I used to cry because the vegetables don´t like, but my mom used to bind us to eat, now I don’t like vegetables, my favorite food is meat, chicken, rice, pasta and some fruits as the apple, orange, strawberries and grapes.

I didn’t use to wear pants because don’t like, I used to use shorts, sneakers and t-shirts, too I used to dress school uniform, this uniform was gray pants, white shirt, purple tie, blue bag and black shoes, now I use one uniform, but don’t is for the school, is for my work.

I didn’t use to study English because in this time, don’t was very important as now, for my, was more important mathematics and history, now I’m studying English in the university, but is very difficult for me.

Finally, I didn´t use to have girlfriends because I was very shy, but when I graduated, I lost this shyness and after of my grade I have one or two girlfriends, but when I saw which today is my wife, I loved forever.

 Costs are very important in the accounting process, since costs are the measure to calculate the money used for buying materials and the money that is payed for labor in the transformation and the cost allows setting prices for sale.

Also the costs allow making the best decision. Costs are divided in direct and indirect depending of what is going to be produced and how it will be distributed.

Other financial statements are very interesting, because for example the profit and loss accounts allow us to analyze the effects of costs in the utilities generated from the operations of companies

What did you use to do when you were a child?

when i child i use to play soccer , i use to play in a Bogota league, also i didn`t use to do the homework of the school i was lazy but in the school i was good, my mother use to don`t worry for this school, well sometimes.... i used to visited to my grandfather in Girardot, on vacations i and my parents were.
 Also i vacation i used to take the courses of several topics how swimming, basketball (i don`t like this deport) between others....
also when i`m i child with my family used to travel for the boyaca because in this place we has a family an a farm.

I`m   a honest person, i like comply with my homeworks, i`m very responsable with my job... i`m good in make the reports and management indicators, i like management the resourdes of the companies because ever have challenge and i can grow proffessionaly.

I`m technologist  in finance and countable sistems i end the carrer on 2007 and on 2009 i begin to study economy, i want be counter but i belive that the economy is better for me because this carrer do that the people has a knowledge more  wide, also i can learn to analyze more.

The balance sheet has three parts:


1) The first part has a name of state, date and the figures.

2) The second part is the most important because here we detailed the assets, liabilities and the heritage

3) The third part is compound for countable notes and the counter signatures

The balance sheet is compound for heritage equation, this equation is Assets=Liabilities + Heritage.

The assets and liabilities classify in current and non current.
