The topic that we chose is COMPANY LAW 1, because is an important topic for us and we like it. We have some knowledge about this topic, in the past semesters we studied that in commercial law and in accounting III.

            Limited Liability
            Founding Companies

 

 Know all about the companies is very important, the operation, the foundation, the requirements to create it, etc.

 All information about COMPANY LAW is necessary, especially for us, because if we want create a Company in the future, with this new knowledge is more easy do it.
